Ryan N. Young is the driving force behind the ECompassTeam and is also its original founder.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Chief Appraiser<\/h2>\n

Ryan brings over ten years of executive management, real estate brokerage and real estate appraisal experience from a varied array of real estate disciplines to our team, from loss mitigation and asset management to valuation and appraisal.\u00a0 For over ten years, Ryan has been involved in the sales and valuation of over $3 billion dollars in residential real estate in Southern California from Lancaster to El Centro, with a specialization in Orange County, Southern Los Angeles County and Eastern Riverside County.\u00a0 While he was Chief Appraiser at Benjamin Management Group, Ryan assisted in the training of a national team of agents and brokers in the fields of valuation and sales while heading the Orange County division from 2008 through 2011.\u00a0 Upon leaving in 2011, Ryan went on to found Compass Real Estate Group whose team of realtors and brokers are involved in the sale and purchase of real estate throughout Southern California.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Broker of Record<\/h2>\n

Ryan came to California in 1995 to become a United States Marine, and upon completion of his service had achieved numerous awards including a Meritorious Promotion, Certificate of Commendation and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal.\u00a0 After his honorable discharge in 2000 Ryan went on the receive his Associate\u2019s Degree from Saddleback College in Business Administration, and in 2004 became a licensed appraiser with a small company based out of Laguna Beach, California.\u00a0 In 2006 Ryan obtained not only his license as a Certified Appraiser but also his license as a Real Estate Broker in California. Since that time he has also gone on to obtain his SRA Designation issued by the Appraisal Institute in 2014, an achievement that less than 1% of all appraisers nationwide have achieved.<\/p>\n<\/div>
